Subscription start: the subscription starts after Payment With 48 an hour.
Menu: it is a constantly changing menu within the limits of the Allowed list in the system. And you can let us know if there is any particular sensitivity to arrange it for you.
External orders: if you place an order through our website, you are responsible for making sure that your order is correct and you have set the appropriate delivery address.
Cancellation: you can cancel your subscription for up to two hours after paying the subscription, and there is no refund if the full amount was paid when your first order arrived.
Delivery: you agree to pay any delivery fee , we will try to deliver your order as soon as possible. We reserve the right not to deliver:outside our specified delivery times; outside our delivery area in inclement weather or force majeure circumstances. If we are unable to deliver your order because you have provided an inaccurate address, you will be charged for your order, even if we are unable to deliver the order. If you request to leave your order at your door or elsewhere we will not take any additional responsibility for the loss, damage, theft, injury to the product or damage caused by others, if we are unable to locate you at the address provided, we will try to contact you by phone or WhatsApp. If there is no response for more than ١٠ minutes of waiting, the order on our site will be returned and received by yourself, as soon as the meals are delivered to you, you are responsible for preparing and storing the meals properly and safely. You agree to use our meals at your own risk.
Out of stock product: if you order an out of stock product, we will try to prepare something suitable replacement for you.
Prices: all prices displayed on the website are subject to change at any time without prior notice. We may offer certain promotional rates and discounts for some or all subscriptions.
Invoice: when submitting the invoice, you agree that the third-party payment is authorized to charge you for the weekly or monthly subscription plan in advance, in addition to any taxes or fees added by the country.
Temporary suspension: if you are a subscriber, you can temporarily suspend your subscription plan according to the subscription period (i.e. 5 days you have the right to suspend 5 days, or a subscription 30 day you have the right to a suspension period 30 day) by sending us a message via WhatsApp or direct contact, and this must be before 48 an hour to stop otherwise meals will be charged to you.
Meals should be kept in the chiller upon receipt, as well as follow the heating instructions on each meal.
